CEO
Todd Brightwell
Todd Brightwell serves as President and CEO of the Southern Utah Economic Alliance, where he is leading the organization’s expanded mission to strengthen regional competitiveness and economic vitality across Southern Utah.
In addition to his role at SUEA, Todd is co-founder and President of Advisors Consulting Services, where he continues to provide clients nationwide with strategic location advisory, site selection, and economic development consulting.
Earlier, as Chief Operating Officer of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah, he directed statewide corporate recruitment and expansion efforts. Under his leadership, Utah attracted major investments from companies such as Adobe, Goldman Sachs, Oracle, Boeing, and Procter & Gamble, resulting in more than 15,000 new jobs and the relocation of 11 corporate headquarters.

Nicholas Dall
Nicholas Dall is the founder of Nicholas Dall Consulting, a boutique strategy and design firm that helps small and medium-sized businesses work smarter, look sharper, and grow stronger. With a decade of experience across economic development, tech, and corporate strategy, Nick brings a combination of analytical thinking, creative execution, and business acumen. His services span branding and graphic design, web development, data analysis, and business development strategy, all grounded in one goal: to help clients build efficient, impactful businesses that are easy to manage and built to last.
Nick’s clients value his flexibility, deep listening, and the clarity he brings to complex challenges. He loves delivering thoughtful, tailored solutions that not only look great but drive meaningful results. Recent collaborations include the State of Washington, Colliers International, Saleen Automotive, JetBlue, Utah County, LifeStar Therapy, and many others. A graduate of the University of Utah in Political Science and Economics, Nicholas now focuses his energy on empowering others to build businesses that serve them, not the other way around. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him with his family, restoring vintage cars, or chasing the perfect ski day.

Nicole Black
Nicole is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in real estate, customer service, and management. As the Operations Manager at So Utah Economic Alliance, she leverages her extensive background to drive organizational efficiency, ensure compliance with market demands and regulations, and foster economic growth in Southern Utah. Known for her creative problem-solving and high-level consulting skills, Nicole excels at developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of businesses, clients, and community stakeholders.
Previously, Nicole built a distinguished career in real estate, where she provided top-tier services and mentorship to professionals in the industry. Her business organization and structure expertise have consistently delivered results, enhancing service delivery for both public and private entities. Beyond her operational talents, Nicole has supported authors with manuscript editing and crafted impactful press releases, always taking pride in celebrating the achievements of her peers and partners.
